The fourth Materials and Devices Joint Research Award, which recognizes joint research proposals and research groups that have made significant contributions to the development of materials and devices research, has been awarded to a total of 20 proposals for fiscal year 2022.
The Selection Committee is deeply appreciative of the many award-winning Proposals this year, which are deeply academic explorations into unexplored scientific problems and Expanded Joint Research Programs for the development of technologies for the future of the Earth and humankind, and of their fruitful activities that make the most of the Network Joint Usage/Research Center.
In addition, young researchers and student researchers participating in the Network Joint Usage/Research Center have become more active in their research activities, and have been very active in submitting papers and presenting their research results at conferences.
Awarded principal investigators will be presented with a certificate of commendation in honor and recognition of their achievements.
