 Introduction
With the advancement of data science, corporate decision-making increasingly relies on data-driven judgments and has become more effective. However, relying solely on correlation-based predictions does not allow for a comprehensive understanding of cause and effect relationships, making effective interventions and improvements challenging. In this Techno Salon, we will introduce the fundamentals and application examples of statistical causal inference, known as “Causal AI,” which not only predicts but also supports decision-making based on causality. We aim to explore the next direction of Corporate DX by collaborating researchers and companies, sharing practical insights.
